These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at edusieage.com and the services provided by Capitol Learning Co. ("we," "us"). By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to enroll in a Capitol Learning Co. program and 18 to sign a membership agreement on your own behalf. Learners aged 16 or 17 require a parent or guardian signature.
2. Programs and pricing
Current programs and prices are listed on our Programs page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing month-to-month members keep their current rate for the remainder of that notice period.
3. Payment
Membership and cohort fees are billed in U.S. dollars. Memberships are invoiced monthly in advance. Cohort fees are due before the first session.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at any time with seven days' written notice; unused sessions in the current cycle are prorated. Cohort enrollments may be refunded in full up to the second scheduled session. After that, no refund is issued, but the seat may be transferred once.
5. Conduct in the studio
The Ben Street studio is a quiet, shared workspace. We ask members and visitors to be respectful of other learners, to keep phone calls outside the study room, and to follow staff direction. We reserve the right to revoke access for behavior that disrupts other learners.
6. Intellectual property
The materials we provide — printed workbooks, study plans, worksheets, and online resources — are the property of Capitol Learning Co. and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Please do not redistribute them.
7. No guarantees
We work hard to help every learner reach their goal, but we cannot guarantee specific test scores, admissions outcomes, or employment results. Coaching outcomes depend on the learner's own time and effort.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Michigan law, Capitol Learning Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
